As is our tradition, we decorated the tree "as a family". It took us four days to get it decorated. With the kids basketball practices and games, YM/YW, Explorers, Christmas concerts, etc. it was nearly impossible. They did it in shifts-who ever was home for as many minutes as they could before leaving for their next activity.
