License to Kill (I mean sell)

After much trial and frustration (somewhere between my mailbox and the office of the Division of Real Estate my paperwork got lost.....fortunately, I made a copy of it!!) I have finally received an official license to practice Real Estate. The only reason I have one is because Pops was kind to some woman named Toni there several months ago and called her last week when we were having all sorts of trouble with my application. As she told me, "I just walked right into my manager's office and said I need a license and I'm not leaving until I get one." So here it is.
