So, Mandy and I were chatting this morning and got Mom and Mel in on it too. We're thinking of a family vacation Summer 2008 (either in the late spring or early fall) on Hatteras Island in North Carolina. Basically we'd stay in an ocean front house (this is an actual picture of a house you can rent) for a week. There's a pool, and the beach, and large family rooms and the like. It seems like it would be a pretty laid back vacation with lots of outdoors and cooking and chatting. Let me know what you all think. If we want to do it, we gotta book in advance and save up! Just like Peru you can't go in debt to go! So, look around the site and leave me comments. Let's start the White Trash Tour 2008!

Count me in! And, I mean, I'll talk to my husband to see if he wants to come, too.
I only have me to answer to, so obviously I'm in.
Count me in...any future husbands will just have to agree to all decisions that have already been made!
PS--I think all munchkin and under aged Strattons and hyphenates should be invited. Any objections? or other opinions?

I think munchkins should be in. But, I just don't get to see them all that often and would like to!
Are there any places to scuba?? If so, everyone should get certified so we can have some fun. I will be certified in the next week, so get busy people.
